How long does the delivery take?

The time interval of the deliveries are composed of two factors:

ATTENTION! Due to the corona virus, there may be delays on the part of the shipping service providers!

  • Order confirmation
  • Adjustment
  • Quality check
  • Packing
  • Delivery time

The duration from our international shipping center to the place of delivery. Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse, it will take approx:

  • Australia 4-7 days 
  • Canada 4-7 days
  • New Zealand 4-7 days
  • United Kingdom 4-7 days
  • United States 4-7 days  

All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays. In busy periods like Christmas, Black Friday or Valentine's Day there may be delays.

What is the shipping cost?

Currently we offer worldwide standard shipping free of charge to our customers. Optionally, we also offer insured premium shipping (insurance in case of theft/loss or damage of the package) for the price of 2,99$.

Premium shipping also takes 4-7 days in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom or United States and the processing time is 1-2 days.

Where is my package?

After the package is packed, it will be handed over to the shipping company and you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If you have ordered more than one product, it may be shipped in several partial shipments for logistical reasons.
